  • Martini - The finest of all the classic cocktails, our Gin Martini with a dash of Dry Vermouth is sure to be a favorite. 

    100ml Ingredients: Gin, Filtered Water, Dry Vermouth. 

    ABV 22%, Standard drinks 1.7

     

    Negroni - The most famous of the 'equal parts' cocktails, this bittersweet aperitif is a classic for a reason. 

    100ml Ingredients: Gin, Campari, Rosso Vermouth, Filtered Water.

    ABV 20%, Standard drinks 1.6

     

    Aviation - A Lavender-blue hued cocktail with an origin in New York's prohibition era. The Aviation is similar to a 'sour', but with the addition of violet & cherry notes.

    100ml Ingredients: Gin, Filtered Water, Maraschino Liqueur, Creme de Violette.

    ABV 25%, Standard drinks 2.0

     

    Old Fashioned -  The Old Fashioned is like the James Bond of cocktails - smooth, strong, and a little bit old-school, with whiskey, bitters, and a twist of citrus for that secret agent charm.

    100ml Ingredients: Rye Whiskey, Filtered Water, Sugar Syryp, Bitters.

    21% ABV, Standard drinks 1.7
